摘　　要：高等教育办学经费不足一直是高等院校面临的普遍问题,并在一定程度上制约了高校的快速发展及壮大。尤其是地处于相对落后的西部高校,办学资金短缺问题就显得更加明显了。本文通过大量文献及实证数据,对我国西部地区高等院校的办学经费问题进行了深入的分析,并在掌握了造成西部高校办学经费困难原因的基础上,提出了西部高校筹资的一些办法和措施。以期对高校筹资的理论及实践方面有所贡献。Shortage of funds in higher education is a common problem in colleges, And to some extent, restricted the rapid development and expansion of the colleges.
