城市老年人的养老意愿及影响因素——以烟台市的1273位老年人为例

摘　　要：利用"烟台市老年人的养老需求与生活状况调查"的数据,分析了烟台市老年人的养老意愿,并以其影响因素建立了Logistic回归模型。结果发现,选择养老机构的老年人成倍增加。年龄、职业、教育程度对老年人的养老意愿有显著影响。月收入并不是主要影响因素。Use the data of ＂the old people＇s old-age demand and living condition investigation in Yantai city＂, to analyze urban old people of old-age wishes, and with the impact factors established the Logistic regression model. The results showed that the old peoples who choose institutions have greatly increased. Age, occupation, education degree on the old people＇s endowment intend to have a significant influence. Income is not the main influencing factors.
