摘　　要：本研究从村民劳力互助的理论视角出发,利用2012年"甘肃富余劳动力转移过程中的管理创新研究"课题组在甘肃陇西县所收集的调查数据,使用独立样本t检验、Logistic回归等方法进行统计分析,结果显示近5年来帮别人建房的次数、村别、建房前三年年平均收入和一起居住最年长儿子的年龄四个变量进入方程,研究发现劳力互助建房模式能够有效改善农村住房条件,具有住房保障的功能。This study is based on the village labor mutual aid theory, using the survey data which collected by the research group of the innovation research of Gansu surplus labor force in the process of management in Gansu Longxi County in 2012, using independent sample t test, Logistic regression to analyze. The results show that the number of helping others build housese in nearly 5 years,different villages.three years average income before building their house and the age of the eldest son who lived with entered the model. The study found labor mutual aid building model can effectively improve rural housing conditions, having a housing security function.
