摘　　要：中国是世界上荒漠化最严重的国家之一,沙尘污染严重影响着那些长期生活在荒漠化地区(主要在西北地区)的居民的健康。笔者对国内外有关沙尘污染对人体健康的影响及其机制的研究报道进行了分析和阐述。建议在中国西北地区开展大范围现状调查,建立沙尘污染对人体健康影响的评估体系,探索受沙尘污染人群的健康防治对策。China is one of the countries under the most serious desertification in the world.Dust pollution has a strong impact on health of people who live in the desertification region especially in Northwest China.We summarized and analyzed the literatures about effect of dust pollution on human health and its mechanism.The review suggests that dust pollution damages human health especially aggravates vasculature and respiratory system diseases.It is necessary to establish an evaluation system to monitor the extent of dust pollution compromising the human health,and to find the strategy to prevent the harmful effect.
