摘  要:本文基于半共价印迹技术,采用热可逆共价键构键分子识别位点,预先合成共价键合的己烷雌酚印迹前体物,再采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出己烷雌酚纳米分子印迹介孔硅材料。通过扫描电镜和X射线衍射确认了分子印迹介孔硅的有序结构。红外光谱和13C核磁共振波谱研究表明,介孔硅表面和内部均存在可与印迹分子相互作用的官能团。In this item, a molecularly imprinted organosilica would be prepared using a semicovalent technique. A thermally reversi- ble covalent bond would be used to link a imprint molecule( hexestrol, HEX)to a functional alkoxysilane monomer at more than two points to generate a covalently bound imprint precursor. Then this preeusor would be incorporated into a cross-linked periodic meso- porous silica matrix via a typical acid-catalyzed, copolymer-templated, sol-gel synthesis. The molecular recognition characterstics and binding nature of these molecularly imprinted organosilica would be research thoroughly by spectrometry. The ordered structure of the mesoporous silica was confirmed by scanning electron microscopy and XRD. The infrared and 13C NMR spectroscopy of the poly- mer further indicated that there were some functional groups in the moleeulary imprinted polymer which could interact on the tem- plate.
