番茄细菌性软腐病病原的分离与鉴定

摘  要:Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp.carotovorum(syn.Erwinia carotovora subsp.carotovora)是引起作物腐烂的常见病原细菌,主要侵染亚热带及温带地区的作物。如,大白菜、马铃薯、茄子、辣椒等。Tomato bacterial soft rot has been become seriously in recent years in some areas of China. How- ever, little is known about the causal agent. It was isolated and identified for effective management of the disease. The symptoms of the disease were described and the pathogen was tested in clony morphology, patho- genicity, transmission electron microscopy, biolog and fat acid analysis. The results indicated that the causal agent was belonged to Pectobacterium. The 16S rDNA was also sequenced and had 99% similarity with Pec- tobacterium carotovorum subsp, carotovorum. It was formed in a group with P. c. subsp, carotovorum ATCC15713, LMG2404, DSM30168 and Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp, odoriferum LMG17566, which indicated that the pathogen was Pectobacterium carotovorum.
