摘　　要："两票"系统是火电厂生产过程中一个重要的管理系统,结合专家系统理论建立"两票"专家系统可以切实提高"两票"管理水平,构建"两票"专家系统首先需要建立"两票"专家知识库。详细阐述了"两票"专家知识的构成,提出了对"两票"知识进行动作词、设备名称词、状态词的分解。分析了"两票"知识的结构性特点,利用XML实现"两票"专家知识的表示,利用正向最大匹配中文分词算法实现知识的获取。提出了完整的构建"两票"专家系统知识库的的方法步骤。This paper described the composition of the expert knowledge of the ＂ two tickets＂,proposed that the ＂two tickets＂ knowledge can be decomposed as equipment name words,action words and status words.The structural features of ＂two tickets＂ knowledge were analysed,using XML for representation of the expert knowledge of the ＂two tickets＂ and using forward maximum matching Chinese word segmentation algorithm for knowledge acquisition.
