摘　　要：目的通过对血液透析器进行编码化管理,建立血液透析器使用的可追溯性,达到对血液透析器使用的质控目标。方法利用条形码的唯一性原理,将透析器生产信息、物流信息及临床使用信息有机组合成完整的信息链,进行质量控制管理。结果采用条形码技术建立医用高值耗材基础数据库,实现对血液透析器使用不良反应的可追溯性监测。结论条形码技术保证了血液透析器不良事件的可追溯性,有效提高了对血液透析器的质量控制。Objective To establish the traceability of hemodialyzers through application of the barcode technology for quality control purposes.Methods Taking advantage of the uniqueness of a barcode,information packages of hemodialyzers are designed about production,logistics and clinical applications,for quality control purposes.Results Through utilization of the barcode technology,a database for high-value medical consumables is established within which adverse reports of hemodialyzers could be tracked.Conclusion Application of the barcode technology ensures the traceability of the adverse reports of hemodialyzers,which improves quality control.
