摘　　要：随着数字化医院建设的不断发展,医疗业务越来越依赖于医院信息系统(HIS),HIS安全显得至关重要。本文借鉴安全模型P2DR的理论及其体系结构,分析目前HIS存在的安全风险和隐患,探讨将P2DR模型用于HIS安全建设,确保HIS可靠、安全、高效运行。Along with the continuous development of digital hospital construction,medical services are relying more and more on the HIS（Hospital Information System）.Hence,security of HIS is of great importance.According to the theory and structure of security model P2DR（Protection Policy Detection Response）,this paper analyzes security risks and potential problems existing in the present HIS and then discusses application of P2DR model in security construction of HIS to ensure efficiency,reliability and security.
