枸杞子明目作用的研究进展

摘　　要：枸杞子作为我国传统的名贵中药材,不仅具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、降血糖、增强免疫力等多种功效,而且在防治年龄相关性黄斑变性、糖尿病视网膜病变、老年性白内障、青光眼等眼部慢性疾病方面也具有一定的功效。本文对近年来枸杞子在明目方面的研究进展情况进行归纳总结,旨在为深入研究枸杞子的明目功效成分及作用机制提供参考和借鉴。As a precious traditional Chinese medicine,Fructus Lycii（Medlar） not only has several pharmacological actions such as antioxidant,anti-aging,antitumor,lowering blood pressure,immunomodulative effects,but also has properties preventing age-related macular,diabetic retinopathy,senile cataract,glaucoma and other ophthalmic diseases.To provide consult and reference for further research on this topic,we summarized the latest research progress in the improving effect of Fructus Lycii on eyesight in this review.
