摘 要:针对东庞煤矿大采高工作面仰采阶段的煤壁片帮具体情况,通过理论分析、数值模拟、室内实验、现场实测等研究手段,研究了仰采大采高工作面煤壁片帮的影响因素,提出了提高支架初撑力、降低割煤高度、加快工作面推进速度和煤壁注浆加固等控制煤壁片帮技术措施,并取得了良好的应用效果。论文的研究结论对于如何提高仰采大采高综采工作面的开采效率和应用成功率具有一定的借鉴意义。According to the certain conditions of the coal wall spalling occurred at the upward mining stage of the fully mechanized high cutting coal mining face in Dongpang Mine, with the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, indoor experiment, site measurements and other study means, the factors affected to the coal wall spalling the factors affected to the coal wall spalling occurred in the fully mechanized upward and high cutting coal mining face were studied. The measures to improved the initial support force of the powered support, to reduce the coal cutting height, to speed up the advancing rate of the coal mining face, to reinforce the coal wall with grouting and to control the coal wall spalling technology were provided and good application effects were obtained. The study conclusion of the paper would have certain reference signifieances how to improve the mining efficiency and application success rate of the fully mechanized upward and high cutting coal mining face.
