论中国高等教育发展模式的转型——基于发展经济学视角

摘　　要：高等教育发展模式是指高等教育依赖什么要素,借助什么手段,通过什么途径,以及要实现什么样的高等教育发展目标。中国高等教育在经历十余年高速、跨越式发展之后,在规模发展上取得了一定成就,但在我国经济社会发展和全球化背景下,发展模式受到越来越多的质疑和非难,高等教育发展模式亟待转变,即对高等教育生产要素重新配置,以实现高等教育质与量双维度和谐发展,主要包括对有形生产要素和无形生产要素两大方面的调整和重构,以实现单一生产要素的优化及要素结构的重新配置。Higher education development mode is defined as to rely on what elements,by what means,through what ways and to achieve what kinds of development objectives.China’s Higher education has experienced decades of high-speed and leapfrog development,which is a great achievement in forms of scale.But on the background of China’s economical and societal development and the development of globalization,China’ s Higher education development mode incurred more and more criticism and questions,so the development mode transformation should be changed urgently,which refers to reconfigure the productive elements for obtaining the double dimension development on quality and quantity of Higher education.The transformation mainly includes the tangible and intangible productive elements adjustment and reconfigure for the goal of signal element optimization and the reconfigure of element structure.
