手术安全核查表在援非护理实践中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨手术安全核查表在手术室安全管理中的作用,以提高援外医疗服务手术患者核查的准确率,保障手术安全。方法建立手术安全核查制度,在国内医院手术安全核查的基础上,结合马里国家相应的医疗和语言背景,制定中法文"手术安全核查表"。结果通过2012年4月-12月对860例手术实施手术安全核查以来,核查出患者基本信息不符106例,手术部位不符35例。改进工作流程后,减少了手术差错风险的发生,提高了手术安全系数。结论实行手术核查并具体细化了核查内容,有效预防手术差错的发生,降低手术风险,有效保障手术安全,提高手术护理质量,值得在其他医疗援助国家普及推广。Objectives： Discuss to effects of surgical safety checklists in operation room safety management,so as to promote the accuracy of verifying patients during the medical services in assistance to foreign countries,ensuring surgical safety.Methods： The surgical safety verification system was established based on the experience in domestic hospitals.Considering Mali＇s medical and cultural backgrounds,Chines-French bilingual checklists were formulated.Results： After the implementation of surgical safety verification,among the 860 operations conducted from April to December,2012,106 cases with mismatching basic information and 35 with mismatching operative position were found.This working flow change has reduced surgical errors and promoted safety.Conclusions： With the implementation of surgical verification and specification of checklist contents,surgical errors were avoided and risks lowered.Surgical safety and nursing quality were ensures.It is worth popularizing in other aided countries.
