摘 要:目的了解我院门诊退费的情况,提出减少退费的对策措施。方法收集2012年11月-2013年1月由门诊部负责审核签字的往日退费单进行归纳分析。结果退费原因存在因素多种多样,患者、医院管理和社会医疗管理均存在不足。结论加强医院管理,增强医患之间的沟通,尽量减少门诊退费,提高为患者的服务水平。Objective: Understand the situation of outpatient refund behaviors and put forward corresponding countermeasures in order to reduce them.Methods: The refund applications signed and audited by outpatient department from November 2012 to January 2013 were collected and analyzed.Results: Multiple reasons were found related to refund behaviors.Patients,hospital management and social medical management were all responsible.Conclusions: It is important to strengthen hospital management and to enhance communication between doctors and patients so as to reduce outpatient refund and to improve service quality for patients.
