专科医院门诊退费原因分析及建议

摘　　要：目的了解我院门诊退费的情况,提出减少退费的对策措施。方法收集2012年11月-2013年1月由门诊部负责审核签字的往日退费单进行归纳分析。结果退费原因存在因素多种多样,患者、医院管理和社会医疗管理均存在不足。结论加强医院管理,增强医患之间的沟通,尽量减少门诊退费,提高为患者的服务水平。Objective： Understand the situation of outpatient refund behaviors and put forward corresponding countermeasures in order to reduce them.Methods： The refund applications signed and audited by outpatient department from November 2012 to January 2013 were collected and analyzed.Results： Multiple reasons were found related to refund behaviors.Patients,hospital management and social medical management were all responsible.Conclusions： It is important to strengthen hospital management and to enhance communication between doctors and patients so as to reduce outpatient refund and to improve service quality for patients.
