品管圈在多重耐药菌管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在多重耐药菌管理中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,建立多重耐药菌的监测、报告制度,制定控制措施,在实施过程中持续监控、整改,并适当处罚。结果品管圈活动开展后,多重耐药菌感染率下降到21.41%;多重耐药菌措施知晓率达98.5%;措施落实率达99.95%;隔离到位,达标率100%。结论品管圈活动降低了多重耐药菌感染的发生,有利于各项制度和措施的落实,加强了各科室医护人员之间的团队协助精神,提高了质量管理能力,是一种较好的管理方法。Objectives ： Discuss the effects of employing quality control circle（QCC） in the management of multi-resistant organisms（MDRO）.Methods ： QCC group was set up.The monitor and report mechanism for MDRO was established and measures for its control enforced.Monitoring,rectification and appropriate punishment were kept throughout the process.Results ： After the QCC activities,the infection rate of MDRO decreased to 21.42%.The ratio of staff aware of the measures was 98.5%,while that of implemented measures amounted to 99.95%.100% MDRO patients were isolated.Conclusions ： Quality control circle activities decreased MDRO infection,benefited the implementation of many other regulations and measures,strengthened coordination between all departments,and enhanced quality control capability.QCC is a good management method.
