摘　　要：目的探讨社区精神分裂症患者病耻感与社会功能的关系。方法采用一般情况调查表、贬低-歧视感知量表、社会功能缺陷筛查量表、个人和社会功能量表对北京市东城区152例社区精神分裂症患者进行问卷调查。结果社区精神分裂症患者PSP分(r=0.065,P>0.05),SDSS评分(r=-0.109,P>0.05)与病耻感评分之间无显著相关性。结论社区精神分裂症患者社会功能与病耻感无显著相关。Objective To explore the relationship between stigma and social function in outpatients with schizophrenia.Methods Perceived Devaluation-Discrimination Scale,Social Disability Screening Schedule（SDSS）,and the Personal and Social Performance Scale（PSP）were used to assess 152 outpatients with schizophrenia in Dongcheng district,Beijing.Results There were not statistical correlations between stigma and PSP（r=0.065,P0.05）,SDSS（r=-0.109,P0.05）.Conclusions There are not statistical correlations between stigma and social function in outpatients with schizophrenia.
