冠心病患者A型性格的相关因素研究及随访

摘　　要：目的探讨A型性格与冠心病(CHD)的关系,分析A型性格的危险因素,评价A型性格与随访1年心血管不良事件(MACE)的关系。方法选取我院心内科就诊的336名患者,应用A型行为类型量表进行性格类型的测查。记录患者婚姻状况、年龄、性别、职业类型、学历、吸烟等因素。分析A型性格CHD患者的相关因素,随访1年观察MACE的发生。结果 CHD患者中A型性格162人(57.7%),健康对照组A型性格14人(25.5%),两组之间差别显著(χ2=19.12,P<0.01)。A型性格与患者年龄(年龄<60)、男性、脑力劳动、高中以上文化程度、独身、吸烟等因素有关。随访1年,49例(27.8%)A型性格患者发生MACE,25例(15.0%)B型性格患者发生MACE,差别显著(χ2=8.126,P<0.05)。结论 A型性格是CHD的危险因素,年龄<60岁、男性、脑力劳动、高中以上文化程度、独身、吸烟是A型性格CHD患者的危险因素,A型性格患者更容易发生MACE。Objective To explore the relation of type A personality with coronary heart disease（CHD）,and analyze risk factors of type A personality and evaluate the major adverse cardiovascular events（MACE）of 1 year＇ follow-up.Methods A total of 336 patients were selected and judged personality types by type A behavior pattern scale.Patients＇ marital status,age,sex,occupation type,education and smoking were recorded.Related factors of type A personality in patients with CHD were analyzed and the occurrence of MACE of 1 year＇ follow-up were observed.Results CHD patients with type A personality were 162（57.7%）and healthy controls with type A personality were 14（25.5%）.The difference between two groups was significant（P0.01）.Type A personality was associated with age（age60）,male,mental labor,high school degree,single and smoking.After 1 year＇ follow-up,49 cases（27.8%）with type A personality had MACE and 25 cases（15.0%）with type B personality had MACE.The difference was significant（r=8.126,P0.05）.Conclusion Type A personality is risk factor of CHD.Age below 60 years old,male,mental labor,high school degree,single,smoking are all risk factors of type A personality patients with CHD.Patients with type A personality are more likely to have MACE.
