精神专科医院正式职工与临时工心理健康状况调查

摘　　要：目的探讨某精神病院正式职工与临时工心理健康状况及人格特点的差异。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、卡特尔16种人格因素量表(16PF)对某精神病院184名职工进行施测。结果①正式职工在睡眠总分(4.26±3.06vs2.68±2.03)、SCL-90总分(112.7±27.35vs105.50±13.02)、总均分(1.25±0.30vs1.17±0.14)、躯体化(1.28±0.34vs1.15±0.15)、抑郁(1.29±0.41vs1.14±0.17)、饮食睡眠因子(1.29±0.37vs1.18±0.21)上的得分高于临时工(P均<0.05);②正式职工与临时工个性特征比较显示,正式职工在A因素上的得分(11.60±3.34vs12.98±3.28)低于临时工(P<0.05)。结论正式职工的心理健康水平要比临时工的心理健康水平差;在个性方面临时工较正式职工更外向、热情、乐群。Objective To investigate the mental health status and the difference of personality characteristics of formal and short-term workers in psychiatric hospital.Methods A total of 184 psychiatric hospital staffs were evaluated with Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）and Cattell-16 personality factors（16PF）.Results ① The formal workers had higher scores in total score of sleep,total score of SCL-90,total average score,somatization,depression,drink and eat and sleep（P0.05）.② Comparing the personality characteristics,formal workers had lower score in factor A（P0.05）.Conclusion Formal workers have bad mental health status compared with the short-term workers who are more extraversion,enthusiasm and more cheerfull.
