解释风格在生活事件与心理健康间的中介效应

摘　　要：目的探讨解释风格对生活事件与心理健康关系的影响。方法抽取387名大学生参加归因风格问卷、青少年生活事件量表和一般心理健康状况的调查,采用结构方程技术分析解释风格在生活事件与心理健康之间的中介效应。结果①解释风格综合分与心理健康存在显著正相关(r=0.20,P<0.01);消极事件解释风格与心理健康存在显著负相关(r=-0.18,P<0.01);②解释风格在生活事件与心理健康间起到中介作用,中介效应占总效应的9.3%。结论解释风格是生活事件与心理健康间的中介变量,起到部分中介效应。Objective To study the effect of explanatory seyle on the relationship among life events,and psychological distress.Methods A total of 387 university students participated in this research and completed three scales which were the general health questionnaire（GHQ-20）,the attribution style questionnaire and the scale of adolescent life events.Structure Equations Modeling（SEM）was used to explore the effect of explanatory style.Results ① Explanatory style was positively associated with GHQ-20（r=0.20,P0.01）;Composite score for explanations of bad events（CN）was negatively associated with GHQ-20（r=-0.18,P0.01）.That was to say,the more optimistic in explanatory style,the more well-being in psychological distress.② Explanatory style played the mediate effect between life events and psychological distress（9.3% of the total effect）.Conclusion Explanatory style is a partial mediator between life events and psychological distress.
