针刺少阳经特定穴治疗偏头痛急性发作即时效应的缓解起效时间和持续时间的比较观察

摘　　要：目的:通过观察针刺少阳经特定穴(角孙、风池、外关、阳陵泉、丘墟)治疗偏头痛急性发作的即时效应,探讨该效应缓解起效时间和持续时间。方法:将符合标准的90例偏头痛患者分为治疗组(少阳经特定穴组)和对照组(非经非穴1组和非经非穴2组),每组各30例,均针刺治疗30 min。记录患者治疗前和治疗后0.5、1、2、4、24 h的视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、缓解起效时间以及持续时间等指标的变化,以判定即时疗效。结果:缓解起效时间和持续时间:起效时间少阳经特定穴组明显快于非经非穴2组(P<0.01),持续时间少阳经特定穴组和非经非穴1组均长于非经非穴2组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺少阳经特定穴与非经非穴均有疗效,起效时间阳明经特定穴位组明显快于非经非穴2组,即时疗效明显优于非经非穴,值得进一步推广应用。Objective： By observing the immediate effect of acupuncturing Shaoyang specific acupoints（Jiaosun,Fengchi,Waiguan,Yanglingquan,Qiuxu）on treating acute migraine attacks,it is to discuss the onset time and the ease durationthe of the effect.Methods： 90 cases of migraine patients who met the standard were divided into the treatment group（Shaoyang specific acupoints group） and the control groups（non-acupoints 1 group and non-acupoints 2 group）,30 cases in each group,which were all treated with acupuncture for 30 minutes.The immediate effect was evaluated with the changes of indices before and 0.5,1,2,4,24 hours after treatment,such as visual analogue scale（VAS score）,onset time of acupuncture,ease duration,and so on.Results：The onset time and the ease duration： the onset time of Shaoyang specific acupoints group was significantly faster than that of non-acupoints 2 group（P〈0.01）.The ease duration of Shaoyang specific acupoints group and non-acupoints 1 group were longer than that of non-acupoints 2 group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Acupuncturing Shaoyang specific acupoints and non-acupoint both had effect,the onset time of Shaoyang specific acupoints group was significantly faster than that of non-acupoints 2 group and the immediate effect of Shaoyang specific acupoints group is much better than non-acupoints,which should be worthy of further popularization and application.
