摘　　要：目的:观察隔药饼灸对动脉粥样硬化兔主动脉超微结构的影响,探讨隔药饼灸延迟AS形成的作用机理。方法:将40只新西兰大耳白兔,通过高脂饲料喂养及免疫损伤法建立兔AS模型后随机分为空白组、模型组、隔药饼灸组和阿托伐他汀组4组,每组10只,从透射电镜下对兔主动脉内皮细胞结构进行了观察。结果:隔药饼灸组与阿托伐他汀组的病变明显轻于模型组,隔药饼灸组与阿托伐他汀组的内皮细胞较完整,大多形态正常,内弹力膜连续,厚薄较均匀或不一,平滑肌细胞基本正常,偶可见线粒体水肿、空泡样改变及少量脂滴。模型组内皮及内皮下层病变严重,充满了内含大量脂滴和脂质的泡沫样细胞,有纤维粥样斑块形成,内弹力膜厚薄不一,甚至缺失,平滑肌细胞增生,排列紊乱,胞浆内充满脂肪空泡。结论:隔药饼灸与阿托伐他汀钙片一样能保护血管内皮细胞的超微结构,起到延迟AS斑块形成的作用。Objective： To observe the effect of cake-separated moxibustion on the ultrastructure of aorta in atherosclerotic rabbits and explore the action mechanism of cake-separated moxibustion delaying AS formation.Methods： 40 New Zealand white rabbits were divided into 4 groups：blank group,model group,cake-separated moxibustion group and atorvastatin treated group,10 rabbits for each group.The rabbit model of atherosclerosis was made by using immunologic injury combined with hypercholesterol diet.The ultrastructure of aorta in AS rabbits were observed under transmission electron microscope.Result：As compared with the model group,the atherosclerosis of aorta in the cake-separated moxibustion group and atorvastatin treated group was significantly lighter.It was found that in the model group there were serious pathological changes in endothelium and subendothelium which were filled with foam-like cell containing a great number of lipid droplets and lipide;fibrous atherosclerotic plaques were formed;the thickness of internal elastic membrane was uneven,even absent;and there were hyperplasia of cells in smooth muscle arranged in disorder;cytoplasm was full of fat vacuoles.Moreover,it suggested that the aortic endothelial cells in the cake-separated moxibustion group and atorvastatin treated group were more intact;most of them were normal in forms;internal elastic membrane was continuous;their thickness was even or uneven;cells of smooth muscles in the medial membrane were relatively normal;mitochondrion edema,vacuous change and small quantities of lipid droplets could be seen occasionally.Conclusion：Cake-separated moxibustion had certain protective effects on the ultrastructure of vascular endothelial cells in AS rabbits as well as atorvastatin to delay the formation of atherosclerotic plaque.
