摘　　要：目的:通过对黄芪药材中3种黄芪皂苷类成分含量积累动态变化规律进行研究,以确定黄芪的最适宜的采收期。方法:用HPLC-ELSD法测定3种黄芪皂苷在黄芪药材中的含量,绘制不同生长年限和采收期黄芪皂苷类成分含量的动态积累曲线。结果:4年生黄芪药材在9月下旬采收,此时期的3种黄芪皂苷类成分的总量要高于其它生长年限和采收期。结论:4年生黄芪药材在9月下旬采收具有最高的利用价值。Objective： To study the optimal harvesting time of Radix astragali.By determining the contents of three astragalosides in Radix astragali in different growth durations.Methods： The contents of three astragalosides in Radix astragali in different growing stages and gathering periods were analyzed by HPLC-ELSD to draw a dynamic accumulation curve.Results： 4-year Radix astragali was harvested in late September.The total content of the three astragalosides in 4-year Radix astragali were higher than that of other growths.Conclusion： 4-year Radix astragali.gathered in late September was suitable to harvest for medicine.
