真头痛初探

摘　　要：真头痛是以剧烈头痛,恶心呕吐,或伴意识障碍等为主要临床表现的病证,其病位在脑,病机以真火上炎,热毒闭阻为主,与现代医学中致颅内压增高的多种急危重症相关。安宫牛黄丸清热解毒、豁痰开窍,实能安脑神之宫—泥丸宫。论述了安宫牛黄丸治疗真头痛的理论、临床及药理学机制,并作理论抽象,翼能为颅内压增高的救治提供新的思路。Intolerable headache is described as severe headache accompanied with nausea,vomiting and/or disturbance of consciousness.Position of this disease is in the brain,and the pathogenesis is mainly flaring up of real fire and impatency of toxic heat.It is correlated with the critical illnesses caused by intracranial hypertension in modern western medicine.Angong Niuhuang Pill is effective in clearing away heat and toxic materials,expelling sputum and opening orifice,and stabilizing Niwan Gong.In this research,the theoretical,clinical and pharmacological mechanisms of Angong Niuhuang Pill in the treatment of intolerable headache are studied and theoretical Abstraction is done.Some new ideas of treating intracranial hypertension are proposed in this study.
