黄柏不同炮制品中盐酸小檗碱在大鼠体内组织分布的研究

摘　　要：目的:对黄柏不同炮制品中盐酸小檗碱在大鼠体内组织分布进行研究。方法:灌胃给药,提取组织样品中的盐酸小檗碱,采用高效液相色谱法测定大鼠体内组织的盐酸小檗碱含量。结果:在大鼠的大肠、小肠、肝、胃、脾、肺、肾、心、胰组织中均可以检测到小檗碱,并在胃肠组织含量较多。结论:通过比较不同炮制品的大鼠不同组织中的含量,发现在1h的时间上,酒炙品中盐酸小檗碱在上焦组织分布的相对含量要相对于生品有所增加,盐炙品则体现在下焦脏器中相对含量的增加,进而说明了炮制趋向的作用。Objective： To study the effects of Berberine from Cortex Phellodendri with different products in rats.Methods： After Intragastrical administration,the berberine from tissues was extracted,and then the content was determined by HPLC.Results： Berberine can be detected in colorectal,small intestine,liver,stomach,spleen,lungs,kidneys,heart,pancreas,especially the gastrointestinal system with higher concentration,so berberine has a wide range of distribution in vivo.Conclusion：Cortex Phellodendron Chinense processed with wine contains more berberine hydrochloride than the raw product in the upper burner,conversely Cortex Phellodendron processed with salt contains more berberine hydrochloride than the raw product in the lower burner,so it can prove the function of processing.
