摘　　要：压力性尿失禁是影响人类生活质量较为常见的慢性疾病,随着人口老龄化的迅速到来,压力性尿失禁的发生率日趋增高。中医药治疗压力性尿失禁具有一定优势,因此就近年来中医药对压力性尿失禁的病因病机研究及诊治情况进行归纳综述,为临床治疗压力性尿失禁提供一些信息和思路。Stress Urinary Incontinence（SUI） is a common chronic disease which affects the quality of human life and the incidence rate is increasing rapidly as the arrival of the aging of population.Considering the advantages of treating SUI with TCM,a brief summary of research in the etiology and pathogenesis,as well as the diagnosis and treatment of SUI is provided in this paper,which aims to provide information and ideas for the clinical treatment of SUI.
