摘　　要：分别从病因病机及辨证分型、方证相应等方面探讨胃癌前疾病、癌前病变及胃癌与脾虚证的关系,提示脾胃虚弱是胃癌发生、发展的基础,存在于胃癌前疾病→癌前病变→胃癌的整个过程。It is to review the relationship between spleen deficiency and gastric precancerous conditions,precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and gastric cancer in the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation as well as correspondence of prescription and syndrome.The result shows the spleen deficiency is the basis of the occurrence and development of gastric caner,which also exists in the whole process of gastric precancerous conditions→precancerous lesions of gastric cancer→gastric cancer.
