中医体质与基因多态性在抗结核药物性肝损害防治中的作用探析

摘　　要：提出体质在抗结核药物性肝损害发生发展过程中的重要地位,阐述了不同体质结核病患者其抗结核药物性肝损害发病率存在差异性,不同体质抗结核药物性肝损害患者存在基因多态性,探析抗结核药物性肝损害易感人群,为该病提供新的早期防治措施。It is to indicate the importance of the Chinese medicine constitution types in the development of antituberculosis drug-induced hepatitis,explain the different rates of the diseases and gene polymorphism in different constitution types,and so as to dentify the susceptible population,which can help find the measures of prevention and treatment of the diseaes.
