格氏线虫中国厦门品系(XM strain)

摘　　要：报道从我国厦门岛菜地华南大黑鳃金龟 (H olotrichia sauteri moser)幼虫 -脐螬体内采集到的格氏线虫中国品系 ,经研究观察与广东格氏线虫中国品系 (C850 11)接近 ,但存在以下区别 :前者第一代雌虫体长度只有广东格氏线虫 850 11的一半 ,前者成虫的神经环均在排泄孔之后 ,后者则神经环多在排泄孔之前或平齐 .详细描述了此线虫的形态 ,与相近品系作了比较并指出鉴别特征 ,确定为格氏线虫中国厦门品系 (XM strain)Steinernema glaseri (steiner 1929)Xiamen strain is obtained from the larva of Holotridchia sauteri moser in Xiamen (24°25'N 118°06E'),Fujian province, China. By morphological studies and comparison with other strain of glaseri, it is identified as a new strain of Steinernema glaseri, and named steinernema glaseri Xiamen strain. The Xiamen strain differs from C85011 of Guang Dong province in the following characters: 1)the total length of the first generation femalein Xiamen strain is only half length of that of C85011; 2)the relative position of excretory pore and nerve ring in the first generation adult between the two strains is different; in Xiamen strain, nervering is posterial to exretory pore, but in C85011,nerve ring is anterior or near the same level to excretory pore.
