摘　　要：该文结合军队近几年参加抗震救灾经验,系统梳理了抗震救灾医疗后送的组织体制、职责分工、工作流程等勤务需求。在此基础上,对抗震救灾医疗后送组织指挥、医疗救治、伤病员后送信息流程及数据需求进行分析,为研建相应的医疗后送模拟系统提供详细的需求牵引。Based on the recent experience of Chinese troops during earthquake reliefs,the service demands of organization systems,division of responsibilities,working process concerning medical evacuations during earthquake reliefs were analysed in depth.Meanwhile,the organization and command,medical treatment,patients evacuation data flow and requirements during earthquake were analyzed,which provided detailed demand pull to build the simulation and assessment system of medical evacuation during major military actions.
