摘　　要：目前,各编目规则对责任者著录的规定各不相同,加之编目员对现有编目规则的理解不同,同一文献在不同编目机构有多种责任者著录方法。以《国际标准书目著录》为依据,通过比较中国高等教育文献保障系统、国家图书馆的做法及一些学者的观点可知,责任者的著录应符合客观描述原则,同时应根据本国情况自行确定,并予以统一。At present,cataloging rules have different requirements on the description of responsible persons,and catalogers have different understandings for existing cataloging rules.Consequently,the same document in different cataloging organizations has a variety of description methods of responsible persons.Through comparing description methods of China Academic Library Information System,the National Library of China and views of some scholars,the description of responsible persons should conform to the principle of the objective description,meanwhile,be decided by themselves and unified according the domestic situation based on International Standard Bibliographic Description.
