摘　　要：俄罗斯农村图书馆事业起始于18世纪末,经历了旧俄时代、苏联时代和苏联解体后的俄罗斯时代,至今已经有200余年的历史。俄罗斯农村图书馆事业不断发展演变,从未中断,在这一过程中积累了宝贵的经验:农村图书馆建设的历史延续性是其发展成熟的关键,农村图书馆对农村社会的实际作用是其存在的基础,微观管理是农村图书馆价值实现的前提,全社会的共识是农村图书馆存在和发展的基础。The Russian rural librarianship started at the late 18th century,has experienced the era of old Russia era,the Soviet Union era and the Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union.It has the history more than 200 years.The Russian rural librarianship evolves constantly,it is never interrupted.It accumulates valuable experiences in the process： the historical continuity of the rural library construction is the key to its mature development,the rural library is the basis for the existence of the rural society,the micro-management is the premise to achieve the value of rural libraries,society-wide consensus is the basis of the existence and development of rural libraries.
