摘 要:对建立的计算机矿岩块度图像自动识别处理系统,引入了"双阈值亮点膨胀递减循环处理"技术进行图像二值化处理,在二值化技术的基础上对爆堆图像进行两次平滑去噪,运用拉普拉斯算子边缘检测法提取岩块边界。配合单一型链结区域增长法创造性地提出最小距分割法运用于区域分割。采用R-R函数对该处理结果进行了双对数回归分析,得到了爆堆矿岩块度分布结果。测试结果表明,系统具有较高的测试精度,误差一般不大于10%,能够满足实际应用要求,是一种具有很好发展前景的测试方法。The technology of "dual threshold point expansion and successive decrease circulation processing" is introduced into the computer image automatic processing system for fragmentation distribution of blasting lumps and rocks to make the image's binary processing.Based on the techniques of binary,twice denoising smooth of blasting lumps images are made,and the Laplace operator edge detection is used to determine the rock boundary.Cooperating with the regional growth method of monotonous links,the least distance segmentation method into regional segmentation is creatively proposed.The double logistic regression analysis on the processing results is carried out by using R-R function,acquiring the distribution results of blasting lumps and rocks.Test results show that the system has a high precision of measurement with the error of usually no more than 10%,which can meet the requirements of practical application,Also,This test method has a very good development prospect.
