摘  要:目的了解北京市石景山区流行性感冒(流感)流行特征,为及时预警流感活动强度和流感的防治提供参考依据。方法收集2011-2012年全区11所流感监测哨点医院流感样病例监测数据和病原学检测数据,分析流感样病例占门诊就诊病例百分比、病毒分离率及流感病毒各亚型的变化规律。结果 2011年9月-2012年8月11所监测医院共报告流感样病例26 693例,流感样病例占2.11%,2012年第一季度达到高峰;监测医院共采集流感样病例咽拭子标本1011份,分离流感病毒44株,病毒分离率为4.35%;其中甲型H3N2 1株、乙型Victoria9株、乙型Yamagata 8株、未分型26株。结论石景山区流感呈现明显的冬季流行高峰,乙型流感病毒为优势毒株,2011-2012年度流感活动度处于较低水平,流行高峰相对延后。OBJECTIVE To understand the epidemiological characteristics of influenza in Shijingshan District of Beijing so as to provide scientific evidence for the early warning and control of influenza epidemic effectively.METHODS The analysis was conducted on the surveillance and etiological detection data of influenza like illness(ILI)in 11 sentinel hospitals of the district during 2011-2012,then the proportion of ILI cases in outpatient visits,the isolation rate of virus,and the subtypes of the influenza virus were observed.RESULTS From Sep 2011 through Aug 2012,a total of 26 693 ILI cases were reported in the 11 hospitals,the average ILI percentage was 2.11% of the outpatient visits,reaching to the peak in the first quarter of 2012.Totally 1011 pharyngeal swab samples were collected from the ILI cases and 44(4.35%)strains were tested positive for influenza virus,including 1strain of A(H3N2)virus,9 strains of B virus/Victoria lineage,8 strains of B virus/Yamagata lineage,and 26 strains of virus unspecified.CONCLUSION The influenza presents as its epidemic peak in winter in Shijingshan District,and the predominant strain is the influenza B virus.The influenza epidemic keeps at a low level,with the epidemic peak postponed.
