摘　　要：目的探讨影响脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果的因素,找出原因,及时纠正,保证灭菌的质量。方法排查指示物质量是否存在问题,PCD装置是否存在故障,蒸汽质量是否合格,灭菌器密闭性是否完好等原因,同时做程序分析,查找批量监测频繁不通过的原因。结果指示物、PCD装置、蒸汽质量及灭菌器的密闭性不存在问题,抽真空深度和脉冲高度不足,是造成批量监测频繁不通过的主要原因,通过调整最终批量监测通过。结论排气阶段的抽真空深度和脉冲高度对空气的排出有很大的影响,从而影响最终的灭菌效果。OBJECTIVE To explore the factors that influence the effect of sterilization of the pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer and find out the causes so as to ensure the quality of sterilization.METHODS The quality of the indicators,PCD device,steam quality,and airtightness of sterilizer were investigated to find out the causes,and the causes of frequently failed batch monitoring were determined through the program analysis.RESULTS The indicator,PCD device,steam quality,and airtightness of sterilizer were all qualified,the insufficient vacuum depth and pulse height were the main causes of the frequent failure of batch monitoring.CONCLUSION The vacuum depth and the pulse height during the air removal stage can affect the air exhaust,which thereby influence the effect of sterilization.
