摘　　要：目的了解贵州省医疗机构医院感染管理部门设置的现状,为提高医院感染管理水平提供依据。方法设置调查表对贵州省医疗机构医院感染管理部门设置情况进行调查,资料采用SPSS 13.0进行统计分析。结果共有102所医院参加并完成了调查,63.73%的医院设立了医院感染管理科,79.42%的医院感染管理部门的直接上级是院长或分管院长,94.12%的医院有医院感染管理小组,61.79%医院感染管理工作人员专业为护理。结论贵州省医院感染管理专业正处在良好发展的关键时期,但仍有部分医院的医院感染管理部门在医院感染管理中的作用未得到充分体现,必须给予科室职能、专业队伍的建设等方面足够的重视,使贵州省医院感染管理基本状况更加完善。OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of composition of nosocomial infection control departments in the medical institutions of Guizhou province so as to improve the level of control of nosocomial infections.METHODS The questionnaires were designed to investigate the composition of nosocomial infection control departments in the medical institutions of Guizhou province,then the data were statistically analyzed by using SPSS 13.0.RESULTS A total of 102 hospitals were included in the survey,among which 63.73% have set up the nosocomial infection control department,79.42% of the nosocomial infections control departments were taken charge by the head of hospital or the dean,94.12% of the hospitals have set up the nosocomial infection control team,and 61.79% of the medical staff were the nursing staff.CONCLUSIONThe control of nosocomial infections in Guizhou province is now in crucial stage of benign development,however,there are still nosocomial infections control departments in some hospitals that have not certainly obtained the full display the function of the structure,thus,it is necessary to focus on the function of department and the construction of professional team so as to make the control of nosocomial infections in the province perfect.
