摘 要:目的探讨全程宣教模式在改善住院患者医院感染知识掌握程度中的效果,为临床应用提供依据。方法选取2011年12月-2012年7月医院的150例住院患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规宣教干预组)和观察组(全程宣教模式组),各75例,将两组患者干预前及干预后1、2周的感染意识及医院感染知识掌握程度进行比较。结果干预前两组患者的感染意识较高率比较,对照组和观察组均为49.33%,差异无统计学意义,而干预后1周及2周观察组的感染意识较高率分别为74.67%、96.00%,均高于对照组的60.00%、76.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组患者的医院感染知识掌握优良率均为34.67%,差异无统计学意义,而干预后1周及2周观察组的医院感染知识掌握优良率为78.67%和96.00%,高于对照组的53.33%和78.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程宣教模式可显著改善住院患者的医院感染知识掌握程度,并可有效提高其预防意识。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of whole process education on improving the mastering degree of nosocomial infection knowledge of the hospitalized patients so as to provide evidence for its clinical application.METHODS A total of 150 cases of patients,who were hospitalized from Dec 2011 to Jul 2012,were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into the control group(routine education intervention group)with 75cases and the observation group(whole process education mode group)with 75 cases,then the infection consciousness degree and the mastering degree of nosocomial infection knowledge before the interventions and one week or two weeks after the interventions were compared between the two groups.RESULTS As compared with the infection consciousness rate between the two groups before the interventions,it was 49.33%in both the control group and the observation group,the difference was not significant;the infection consciousness rate one week after the interventions was 74.67% in the observation group,higher than 60.00% of the control group;the infection consciousness rate two weeks after the interventions was 96.00% in the observation group,higher than 76.00% of the control group,the difference was significant.The excellent and good rate of mastering nosocomial infection knowledge before the interventions was 34.67% in both of the two groups,the difference was not significant,however,the excellent and good rate of mastering nosocomial infection knowledge one week after the interventions was 78.67% in the observation group,higher than 53.33% of the control group;the excellent and good rate of mastering nosocomial infection knowledge two weeks after the interventions was 96.00% in the observation group,higher than 78.67% of the control group,the difference was significant(P0.05).CONCLUSION The whole process education can significantly improve the mastering degree of nosocomial infection knowledge of the hospitalized patients,and it can effectively improve the prevention awareness of the patients.
