摘　　要：目的探讨医院内外来器械公司人员、器械的管理模式,加强对医院内外来器械公司人员、器械的管理,保证外来手术器械的消毒灭菌质量,有效预防医院感染。方法制定医院、科室对外来器械公司的器械、人员管理制度,建立消毒供应中心(CSSD)、手术室质控小组,质控员负责公司人员在医院内相关配合工作的培训、考核、处罚及动态的监测,并把实施程序化管理后的情况与历史性工作进行比较。结果实施程序化管理后,外来器械送货及时性达到99.9%;器械的功能、数量及清洗质量明显提高,整体合格率由82.6%上升至99.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);同期手术量增加前提下,违纪次数反而由157次减少至4次,违纪率从21.7%下降至次0.4%;术后污染器械的消毒处理率达100.0%。结论对医院外来器械公司的工作状况实施高质量管理,有效地提高了医疗安全、医疗工作质量和服务质量,在医院的医疗安全管理中发挥着重要作用。OBJECTIVE To explore and research the effective managing model for external surgical equipment suppliers and their related staff and strengthen the management of the staff so as to ensure the disinfection and sterilization quality of the external surgical equipments and prevent the nosocomial infections.METHODS The rules and regulations of the management of external surgical equipment suppliers and their related staffs were formulated.The quality control teams for CSSD and operating rooms were set up to let the team members take charge of the training,assessment,punishment,and dynamic monitoring of the cooperative jobs done by the suppliers staff.Another responsibility for the team members was to make comparison between the new management implementation and the previous working situation.RESULTS After the implementation of programmed management,the on-time delivery rate of the external surgical equipment has reached 99.9%,and the performance,quantity and washed quality of the equipments were greatly improved.The total qualified rate went up from 82.6% to 99.8%,the difference between the two groups was significant（P0.01）.During the same period when the surgical operations increased,the disciplinary violations decreased from 157times to only 4 times,with the disciplinary violations rate dropping from 21.7% down to 0.4%,and the rate of sterilization treatment after the surgical operations has reached 100.0%.CONCLUSION High quality management for the job performance of the external surgical equipment suppliers working in the hospital has effectively improved the medial safety,medical working,and service quality.The management we discussed here in this thesis plays an important role in the medical safety management.
