摘 要:目的建立三黄滴丸的指纹图谱,为该制剂的质量控制提供实验基础。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,选择10批样品的HPLC指纹图谱,进行色谱峰匹配,建立三黄滴丸对照用HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,对复方指纹图谱色谱峰进行归属分析。结果 10批样品有24个共有峰,其中23个色谱峰分别溯源到黄芩、黄连和大黄3味药材,9个色谱峰可明确化学成分的归属。结论 本实验建立的HPLC-DAD指纹图谱体现了三黄滴丸的整体特征,提高了对三黄滴丸质量控制的标准。Objective To establish the HPLC-DAD fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicines Sanhuang dropping pills and provide experimental basis for the quality control.Methods The analytical column was Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm). Gradient elution was used with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.1%(V/V)phosphoric acid in water. Ten batches of products were selected to establish the characteristic mode of HPLC fingerprint.The correlativity between fingerprint peaks of Sanhuang dropping pills and its component herbs was analyzed.Results The HPLC fingerprint consisted of 24 common peaks, among which 23 peaks were assigned by parallel comparison with the fingerprints of Scutellaria baicalensis, Coptis chinensis, and Rheum undulatum Linn, and 9 peaks were identified by comparison with the chemical reference substances. Conclusion The established HPLC fingerprint reflects the general character of Sanhuang dropping pills, which enhances the level of quality control of the product.
