青藤碱对家兔关节液中的精氨酸及瓜氨酸的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:考察青藤碱给药后对类风湿关节炎家兔关节液中的精氨酸及瓜氨酸的影响。方法:将微透析探针植入病理模型家兔关节腔中,按50 mg.kg-1的剂量灌胃给药或400 mg.kg-1的剂量经皮给药,给药后收集微透析液,采用HPLC-MS测定青藤碱,OPA柱前衍生HPLC-FLD测定精氨酸和瓜氨酸,并与模型组进行统计学比较。结果:给药组家兔关节液中的精氨酸和瓜氨酸浓度与模型组比较均有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:青藤碱对类风湿性关节炎家兔关节液中的精氨酸和瓜氨酸有抑制作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of sinomenine on arginine and citrulline in rabbit＇s knee joint fluid.METHODS The microdialysis probe was implanted in pathological model rabbit＇s knee joint cavity,the drug was given according to the dose,and the dialysates were collected.The concentration of sinomenine was detected by HPLC-MS,and the concentrations of arginine and citrulline in dialysate samples were detected by HPLC-FLD with pre-column derivatization,analyzed the data between the treatment groups and model group.RESULTS There was a significant difference in the concentration of arginine and citrulline between the model group and treatment groups（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION Sinomenine had an inhibitory effect on arginine and citrulline in rabbit＇s knee joint fluid.
