摘  要:目的:建立大鼠缺血再灌注模型,观察异丙酚和贝那普利联合预处理对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的抗氧化保护作用。方法:采用结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支法制备心肌缺血再灌注模型。大鼠随机分成5组:假手术组;缺血再灌注模型组;异丙酚组;贝那普利组;异丙酚和贝那普利联合预处理组。用试剂盒检测血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)含量、丙二醛(MDA)浓度及超氧化物歧化酶(S0D),以及心肌组织MDA浓度及S0D、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。结果:异丙酚和贝那普利联合用药可进一步明显降低血清中LDH、CK、CK-MB活性和MDA含量;升高血清中SOD活性,升高心肌组织SOD和GSH-Px活性,降低心肌组织MDA含量。结论:异丙酚和贝那普利对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤有协同的保护作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the antioxidant protective effect of the combination of propofol and benazepril preconditioning against myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.METHODS SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: sham group;myocardial ischmia/reperfusion group;propofol group;benazepril group;combination of propofol and benazepril preconditioning group.The following indexes were detected by using kits: the levels of CK,CK-MB,LDH,SOD,MDA in serum and the activity of SOD,MDA,and GSH-Px in myocardium tissue were detected using kits.RESULTS Propofol and benazepril decreased the activity of CK,CK-MB,LDH and the content of MDA in serum,increased the activity of SOD in serum,increased the activity of SOD,GSH-Px and decreased the level of MDA in myocardium tissue.CONCLUSION Propofol and benazepril in combination have synergetic effect on proctecting cardiomyocyte from ischemia/reperfusion injury.
