摘　　要：目的对糯米藤的化学成分进行研究。方法糯米藤全草粉碎后用95%乙醇提取,提取物分别经石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,得到的乙酸乙酯部分再运用硅胶柱色谱和重结晶进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果从糯米藤95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为木栓酮(1),表木栓醇(2),β-香树素(3),α-香树素(4),羽扇豆醇(5),β-谷甾醇(6),豆甾醇(7),齐墩果酸(8),熊果酸(9),坡模酸(10),β-谷甾醇3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)和豆甾醇3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents of Memorialis hirta.METHODS The powdered whole herb of Memorialis hirta was extracted by 95% ethanol,and the extract was suspended in water and partitioned with petroleum ether,EtOAc,and n-butanol.The extract from EtOAc part was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization means,and all compounds were identified by the means of spectroscopic analysis and physico-chemical property.RESULTS Twelve compounds were obtained and all the compounds were elucidated as friedelin（1）,epifriedelanol（2）,β-amyin（3）,α-amyin（4）,lupeol（5）,β-sitosterol（6）,stigmasterol（7）,oleanolic acid（8）,ursolic acid（9）,pomalic acid（10）,β-sitosterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（11）,and stigmasterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（12）,respectively.CONCLUSION All compounds are obtained from the genus Memorialis for the first time.
