摘  要:采用直接混合干法生产工艺制备出不同铜粉含量的半金属摩擦材料,用定速式摩擦试验机进行摩擦磨损试验,分析了铜粉含量对半金属摩擦材料摩擦学性能的影响,并通过观察磨损形貌照片分析其磨损机制。结果表明,铜粉能够提高半金属摩擦材料制品在中温以及高温的摩擦系数,能够显著改善材料的抗热衰退性和稳定性,能够降低半金属摩擦材料中温阶段的磨损率。当铜粉质量分数为3%时,半金属摩擦材料的摩擦学性能最佳。Semimetal friction material containing different content of copper powder was prepared by using directly mixed method.Effects of copper prwder content on tribological behavior were studied by using friction tester, morphologies of wear surface were observed, and wear mechanism was analyzed.The results show that by adding copper powder, friction coefficient at medium and high temperature is rising, heat fading and stability of material are improved, wear rate at medium temperature is reduced.When the content of copper powder is 3%, the tribological behavior of semimetal friction material is best.
