摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法同时测定万氏牛黄清心片中栀子苷、黄芩苷、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法:采用AlltimaHP C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-6 mmol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液,梯度洗脱(0～12 min,5%A→18%A;12～20 min,18%A→21%A;20～30 min,21%A→25%A;30～43 min,25%A→30%A),流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温20℃,检测波长:238 nm(0～18 min,栀子苷)、280 nm(18～30 min,黄芩苷)、345 nm(30～43 min,巴马汀和小檗碱)。结果:栀子苷、黄芩苷、巴马汀、小檗碱浓度在10～250μg·mL-1范围内,与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系(0.9998<r<0.9999);平均回收率(n=6)分别为97.4%、99.1%、101.0%、97.3%,RSD均小于2.0%。结论:本文建立的多波长高效液相色谱法可实现同时测定栀子苷、黄芩苷、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱4个有效成分,方法操作简便,结果准确,可为万氏牛黄清心片提供更全面、可靠的质量控制方法。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of jasminoidin,baicalin,palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Wanshi Niuhuang Qingxin tablets.Methods： The samples were separated on an Alltima HP C18（4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） column,by a gradient elution using acetonitrile（A） and 6 mmol.L-1 monopotassium phosphate（B） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1.The column temperature was set at 20 ℃.The wavelength was set as follows： 238 nm for jasminoidin（0-18 min）,280 nm for baicalin（18-30 min）,345 nm for palmatine and berberine（30-43 min）.Results： The linear ranges of jasminoidin,baicalin,palmatine and berberine were all 10-250 μg.mL-1（0.9998 r 0.9999）,the average recoveries（n = 6） were 97.4%,99.1%,101.0% and 97.3% respectively,and RSDs were less than 2.0%.Conclusion： A simple,accurate HPLC with multi-wavelength detection method has been successfully established for simultaneous determination of 4 effective components in Wanshi Niuhuang Qingxin tablets.The method herein described is helpful for the quality control of Wanshi Niuhuang Qingxin tablets.
