摘 要:对进水中Na+,Ca2+和Fe3+冲击对膜生物反应器(MBR)运行的影响进行了探讨。实验结果表明:进水中3种金属离子冲击对MBR去除COD影响较小,适量质量浓度的Fe3+有利于NH3-N的去除,然而Na+与Ca2+对NH3-N去除影响不明显;进一步研究发现进水中Na+将引起反应器内上清液(SMP)质量分数上升,从而增加膜过滤阻力;进水中Fe3+质量浓度为50 mg/L时显著降低本体溶液中SMP质量分数,有利于减缓膜污染,而当Fe3+质量浓度为150 mg/L时SMP质量分数升高,使膜污染率升高;研究中也发现进水中Ca2+在50或150 mg/L时都可有效地减缓膜污染,进水中金属离子质量浓度与EPS中TB质量分数关系密切。The influence of Na^2+ , Ca^2+ and Fe^3+ on the operating performance in membrane bioreactors (MBRs) was investigated. The results show that the metal ions have a slight effect on the removal of chemical oxygen demand (COD) in MBRs. The optimal mass concentration of Fe^3+ is favor of removing NH3-N while Na^2+ or Ca^2+ has a negligible effect. Moreover, Na^2+ in influent results in the increase of soluble microbial products (SMP) in supernatant, which obviously increases the membrane resistance. Fe^3+ in influent with the mass concentration of 50 mg/L reduces the mass fraction of SMP in bulk and retards the membrane fouling in MBR. However, the mass fraction of SMP in bulk increases when the dosage of Fe^3+ equaled to 150 mg/L, which increases the membrane fouling rate. It also reveals that the introduction of Ca^2+ leads to membrane fouling mitigation under its mass concentration of 50 or 150 mg/L . The metal ions in influent are closely associated with tightly bound (TB) in extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) in MBRs.
