摘 要:采用“一体式臭氧曝气生物滤池+上流式曝气生物滤池(BAF)”组合工艺,对纺织印染废水进行深度处理,为膜处理中水回用系统提供优质进水,处理水量为5000m3/d。在设计运行条件下,系统最佳臭氧投加量为20~35mg/L,出水COD≤40mg/L、BOD,≤10m#L、色度〈4倍、SS〈20mg/L,反渗透产水可回用于染整工序,膜滤浓缩液可达标排放。工程实践证明,采用该组合工艺深度处理纺织印染废水可为膜处理系统提供稳定可靠的进水,同时解决了膜滤浓缩液的处理问题.具有推广应用价值。For the purpose of providing membrane filtration water reuse system with qualified influ- ent, a combined process of integrated ozone/biological aerated filter and upflow biological aerated fiher (BAF) was used to treat textile and dyeing wastewater with a capacity of 5 000 m3/d. Under designed operating conditions, the optimal ozone dosage for the system was between 20 mg/L and 35 mg/L, the ef- fluent with COD≤40 mg/L, BOD5 ≤10 mg/L, color≤4 times and SS 〈20 mg/L was obtained, the wa- ter produced by RO system could be reused in dyeing process, and the membrane filtration concentrate could be discharged while meeting the discharge standard. The practical application showed that the com- bined advanced treatment process of textile and dyeing wastewater could guarantee stable influent for membrane filtration system and solve the problem of membrane filtration concentrate treatment.
