宁波南环快速路项目污水顶管工程设计要点

摘　　要：在软土地区铺设大管径排水管道,当管道埋深较大时,顶管施工与开槽施工相比,在技术和经济上具有很大优势。结合宁波南环快速路项目污水管道工程,介绍了顶管工程设计中所涉及到的顶管井形式及尺寸、顶距的确定、顶力的计算、顶管管材的选择、顶管坑的维护形式等内容,并总结了顶管工程设计中的一些经验,以供参考。When the burial depth of large diameter sewer laid in soft soil area is deep, pipe jack- ing construction has a great advantage over the open cut method in technology and economy. Combined with the Ningbo Nanhuan expressway sewage pipeline engineering, the pipe jacking shaft pattern and size, the determination of the pipe jacking shaft distance, the jacking force calculation, the selection of the jacking pipe material, the maintenance forms of the pipe jacking shaft in the pipe jacking engineering design were introduced, and some experience in pipe jacking engineering design was summarized for ref- erence.
