摘  要:针对整合煤矿宏远煤矿总回风巷掘进通过采空区时巷道支护难的现状,采用在巷道掘进前进行高冒区充填注浆的技术方法,提高破碎矸石整体粘结力进而构成人工顶板,掘进时钻孔超前注浆提高采空区围岩强度。现场实践证明,选用化学注浆加固材料进行注浆加固,片帮、顶板冒落现象明显改善,围岩变形得到了很好控制,两帮移近量为118~141 mm,顶底板移近量为123~133 mm。Due to roadway support difficulty of air return roadway pass through goal in integrated Hongyuan coal mine, the authors adopted the backfill and grouting technology in high caving area before the tunnel excavation, aiming at increasing the crushing gangue overall cohesion to form artificial roof, and improving the strength of surrounding rock in goaf during driving with advanced boreholes grouting.The site practice results showed that the rib and roof falling phenomenon obviously were improved when the chemical grouting reinforcement materials was used.The convergence of two sidewalls was 118- 141 ram, roof-to-floor convergence was 123 - 133 mm.
