摘  要:针对目前大型矿井提升机大负载、高速度产生的高安全、可靠性的要求,采用基于SIMATICS7-400PLC及FM458为核心的控制系统,对提升电控系统进行总体研究和设计,并对电控系统中的故障监视及管理、系统给定闭环控制、现场总线应用设计、变频调速装置选型等进行重点研究。研究及实践运行结果表明,此电控系统控制功能完善、行程准确、故障诊断清晰,能够满足现代大型提升电控系统的安全高效运行需要。According to the high safety and reliability requirements by the high load and high speed of the large mine hoist, a control system based on SIMATIC S7-400PLC and FM458 as the key was applied to the general study and design of the hoisting electric control system. A key study was conducted on the fault monitoring and management of the electric control system, closed-loop control set by the system, applied design of the site bus selection of the frequency converted speed control device and others.The study and practical operation results showed that the electric control system with perfect control functions, accurate stroke and clear fault diagnosis could meet the safety and high efficient operation requirements of the electric control system of the modern large hoisting.
