摘 要:以杨木P-RC APMP为原料,对其进行筛分,并对P-RC APMP细小纤维与碳酸钙进行共絮聚,研究了PEI助留体系下,不同添加量、不同剪切力和作用时间下对絮聚团的电荷分布、粒径和强度等特性的影响,结果表明:随着PEI用量的增加,共絮聚团的表面电荷和浆料的Zeta电位不断增加,白水阳离子需求量减小,共絮聚团的平均弦长不断变小,浆料细小组分留着率和填料留着率不断上升;随着剪切力的不断增大,共絮聚团的尺寸都在不断减少,细小组分和填料的留着率也不断减小。Polar P-RC APMP pulp was chosen as raw materials for fines generation and collecting, then the P-RC APMP fines and calcium carbonate were co-flocculated before they added into standard fiber fraction to make fine paper. Effects of different dosage, different shear force and action time on the charge distribution, the size particle and strength of the co-flocculation of, granular texture were studied under the PEI single-component system. The results shows that with the increasing of PEI, the average length of co-flocculation is decreased, the retention of fines and fillers are increasing. With the increasing of shear force, the size of co-flocculation and the retention of fines and fillers are decreased.
