摘 要:研究硅酸钙填料(FACS)对AKD浆内施胶的影响,并对施胶障碍的产生原因进行了分析。结果表明:FACS用量的增加能够增大纸页的吸水值;硅酸钙加填纸页的吸水值随AKD用量的增加而逐渐降低,但总体上FACS的Cobb值高于PCC和GCC;利用紫外-分光光度法研究FACS对施胶剂AKD的吸附,发现FACS对AKD的吸附量和吸附率较高且远大于PCC和GCC填料。在考察用量范围内,FACS对AKD的吸附率在43.9%~88.4%之间,GCC对AKD的吸附率在1.09%~29.9%之间,PCC的吸附率在13.6%~35.1%之间,FACS加填纸施胶障碍的产生,主要是由于FACS填料对AKD施胶剂有较强的吸附性。The influence on AKD sizing efficiency of co-generated active calcium silicate and its sizing obstruction were characterized. The results indicated that with the increasing of co-generated CaSiO3, the water absorption increased. The increased AKD could efficiently decreased the water absorption, but the water absorption of FACS filled paper was higher than GCC and PCC filled paper under the same process. UV-visible spectroscopy was used to investigate the adsorption behaviors of AKD. The adsorption capacity and rate was larger than GCC and PCC. "Ihe absorption rate of FACS ranged from 43.9%-88.4%, while GCC was 1.09%-29.9% and PCC was 13.6%-35.1%. The cause for sizing obstruction of FACS filled paper was the high absorption of FACS.
